Returned items I returned my items for an exchange and never got the replacements. I tried calling and was not able to contact them as some other company had their phone number.

My issue has not been resolved. The phone number for the company now belongs to a totally different company. I was not able to contact or connect with the company.

I was not able to contact them because their number now belongs to another company. I returned my sweaters for an exchange but never got the other sweaters back.

It has been almost a year now. My understanding is that Blair has gone bankrupt and is no longer in business.

I need to speak to you! You sent my order marked with the wrong sizes.

I tore off the paper labels, washed them, dried them, and ironed them! The outer labels said size 38/30; they actually are 40/30s. My order number is #BWW7995. I paid a total of $71.94!

I want 2 new pairs of the proper size at no extra charge. I want free shipping for the wrong jeans your company sent! Call me ASAP at 405-919-****.

Bad Ordering Experience

I ordered approximately $100.00 worth of clothing for my 98-year-old mother on June 11th. She is entering a care center on July 28th, so I assumed, naively, that we would receive the items in plenty of time.

I have ordered from Blair before, and it has taken up to 2 weeks, so I was aware that shipping is slower than other sites. However, when 2 weeks passed and I had not received the order, I contacted customer service. They stated they had been overwhelmed with orders due to an 85% off sale that was ongoing. I called back again yesterday, July 3rd, only to be read the same script.

I stopped the rep and stated I had already heard this script and was very unhappy with the service I was receiving. She started offering to cancel the order after stating it would be shipping out, that right now the company was 'working on' orders they had received the first week of June. I requested to speak to a supervisor, who read the same script. I have been a customer of Blair for many years.

I relayed this to the supervisor, who seemed to not care that they were losing a customer. They all are robotic, in a foreign company and don't seem to care about customer loyalty. I ended up canceling my order and my relationship with Blair. Too bad.

I liked their clothing for my mom. I will just start to look elsewhere.
